Refund Policy
A legal disclaimer
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are subject to the following terms:
1.DepositsA non-refundable deposit is required to begin all custom projects. This covers design, planning, and material procurement.
2.Order CancellationsOrders may be canceled for a partial refund only if fabrication has not yet begun. Costs for design work and materials already purchased will be deducted.
3.Production & Final SaleOnce fabrication has started, all orders are final and non-refundable.
4.Design ApprovalAll designs must be reviewed and approved by the customer before fabrication begins. Approval confirms that all specifications are correct. Any changes requested after approval will be subject to additional charges and may delay completion.
5.Defects & ErrorsIf a product is found to be defective due to our workmanship, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.
6.Shipping DamageCustomers must report any shipping damage within [48 hours] of delivery with supporting photos. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.7.DelaysEstimated completion and delivery dates are subject to change due to factors beyond our control. Delays do not qualify for refunds.By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.
